Process for making online payment of electricity bill :-
1. Log on to www.dhbvn.com
2. Click on ONLINE PAYMENT & BILLING DETAILS on the main page
3. You will be redirected to Consumer Page and you will required to enter Consumer Information therein on left hand side.
4. Enter Your K number (10 digit unique Identification number indicated on your bill as DTR number) (If you have K No.)
5. Or Click on Account No. Select your Sub Division. Enter Your Ledger No (Four Digit e.g. KK12) than enter Consumer Account No (Four Digit e.g. 0056)
6. Or Click on Bill No. and enter your any old Bill No. specified on your Electricity Bill.
7. Click submit
8. You will see your Personal Information there.
9. Click Online payment link (8th option)
10. Click on Make payment (At centre bottom on your personal information)

11.Choose option i.e. Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Internet banking
12.Choose bank name (in case of internet banking which is Free of Cost)
13. Log in to your bank account
14. Make payment
15. Take print out of receipt.
Note:
1. The payment made through credit card attracts service charge @1% and is levied by the credit card company. The notice in this regard is displayed for the consumer while selecting the mode of payment.
2. Before making payment please ensure you have disabled your popup blocker setting. The process to off popup blocker in internet Explorer is as under:-
I. Go to Tools under tools go to Popup Blocker and on right side
click on Turn Off Popup Blocker.
II. Right click on internet explorer icon shown on desktop.
and go on properties >security> Miscellaneous> use of Pop Up Blocker>Disable
